Fill in the back of original packing slip and return the item with package at your expenses and duly insured. We will credit your account immediately on the receipt. If you need an exchange, our customer service representative will contact you.

For returns after 30 days and up to 90 days, a gift certificate for the value minus S&H will be issued.

We will not accept returns 90 days after purchase of an item.

Repairs
Please mail your jewelry with a check for $10 to cover S&H. Repairs are made free for up to 90 days. After that we will submit quotations and repairs will be made after you authorize and pay quoted charges.

Diamond Essence stones carry a lifetime limited guarantee. Stones are replaced free of cost with nominal labor charges.

Delivery with a Smile
We ensure reliable and timely delivery. Normal delivery time is 5-7 days working days for items in stock. All jewelry comes in a Leatherette Box ideal for gift giving. Items ordered together may be shipped separately depending upon stock availability.

Overnight delivery for in-stock items is available for additional $20.
2-3 business days rush delivery is available for additional $10.

Standard size for ladies is 4 thru 9, men's 9 thru 12. There will be a non-refundable charge of $10.00 for half sizes. Orders received without size will receive standard size.
