Our Policy for Custom/Special orders
(a) Please understand that the custom orders are made to order and therefore are not returnable.
(b) We accept payment by personal check or money order only.
(c) If interested please submit a clear written request with item references, drawings (if any) along with complete description and mail to Custom order Dept., Diamond Essence CO., 6 saddle Rd, Cedar Knolls, N J 07927.
We will then submit a quotation for your approval. Once approved, you will have to send us the payment and allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of your special order item.
