Diamond Essence Offers a 30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee for all unused Items.

Return/Exchange:

Fill in the back of original packing slip and return the item with package duly insured. Please send the item to Diamond Essence Company, 6 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey 07927. We will credit your account immediately on the receipt. If you need an exchange, our customer service representative will contact you and confirm your exchange requirements.

We will not accept returns 30 days after purchase of an item. If you have any questions about our return policy, please call us on 1-800-909-2525 between 9.00AM - 5.30PM Eastern Time.

Repairs:
Please mail your jewelry with a check for $20 to cover S&H. Repairs are made free for up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. After that we will submit quotations and repairs will be made after you authorize and pay quoted charges. Repairs should be sent to Diamond Essence Co, 6 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey 07927.

Diamond Essence stones carry a lifetime limited guarantee. Stones are replaced free of cost with nominal labor charges for goldsmithing and accessories.

Delivery with a Smile:
We ensure reliable and timely delivery. Normal delivery time is 5-7 working days for items in stock. All jewelry comes in a gift box ideal for gift giving. Items ordered together may be shipped separately depending upon stock availability.

Diamond Essence Express:
Overnight delivery for all in-stock items is available for additional $20. If you place overnight delivery orders on the Internet, you are encouraged to call us on 1-800-909-2525 to check the status of delivery.
2-3 business days rush delivery is available for additional $10 for all in-stock items.
Orders must be received by 12 noon EST. Mon-Friday for all overnight and rush deliveries.

Diamond Essnece does not do express delivery to APO/FPO/Post Box Addresses.

Custom Order for your dreams:
We can make any jewelry design of your choice, with our Diamond Essence stones. Please send us a drawing and we will send an estimate to you at no cost. Please note that there is no return or refund for custom order items.

Gift Packaging:
We are pleased to offer shipping of your gifts directly along with a gift message of up to 4 lines. Call 1-800-909-2525 for details. Gift packaging is available at $6.00 per package. Some items, however, are not available for gift packaging.

For Ring Orders:
Standard size for ladies is 5 thru 9, men's 9 thru 12. There will be a charge of $10.00 for half sizes.
