Please note that Diamond Essence specializes in only manufactured jewelry and carry a vast selection. Most of our items have the possibility of stone change customization.

However, if you prefer us to make any specific custom jewelry for you, we will be glad to provide you with a quote upon receiving exact information about the jewelry you would like to make with our legendary Diamond Essence stones.

Since each Custom Order is unique and specially hand crafted, we do not accept return on Custom orders.

Order Status:

Please allow 5 to 7 days for us to process and ship your order. If you placed a rush order and need item urgently, we encourage you to call us and confirm the stock status.

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information from us. Please login to your account in order to view the status of your order, modify a pending order or cancel a pending order.

Please note that all Solid Gold products can be returned back only within 14 days after you receive them.

Please send the items back to us in the gift box it was packed in and with the original purchase receipt. We recommend you to insure the package and send it with delivery confirmation. Please note that we do not provide Return Labels as return shipping is your responsibility.

You may exchange a product once during any time during the first 30 days of the purchase.

Please allow 7 to 14 days for the credit to post back to your account. We will issue credit to the original method of purchase only. Original shipping charges are non refundable and will not be credited back.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date when you received the item. Solid Gold Item Returns are not accepted beyond 14 days of your receipt.

Custom/Special Orders are non returnable.

Gift Certificates are non returnable and non refundable.

Please use only FedEx or USPS for sending the shipment back to us and do ask for appropriate insurance and delivery confirmation.

Although, we encourage you to call us and obtain a RMA Number or get RMA through your my Account section, before sending your return/exchange, it is not mandatory and we will honor returns / exchanges as soon as we receive it. Please allow 14 to 21 days to process your return/exchange order.

If your exchange order is in-stock, we might ship it sooner.

Complaints / Grievances:


At the very outset, we apologize if you have any unpleasant experience doing business with us.

We will make sure that your concern is addressed promptly, so if you have any complaints towards our products, web site, customer service or anything else related to your experience with us, please send us an email on info@diamondessence.com or call us on 1.800.909.2525 and speak with customer service between 10AM-6PM EST.

We are extremely serious about our commitment to you and will go out of our way also to resolve your complaint.


Repair & Defective Merchandise:


We ensure great quality for each our product and back it completely. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you may return it back for an exchange or repair within 30 days.
We will immediately replace or repair the product and send it back to you at no additional cost.

Please send the item with a check or credit card authorization for $20 to cover shipping and handling.

We will not do any repairs from 15th October to 14th February. Please do not send any package for repairs in this time.

IMP:

Please use only FedEx or USPS for sending the shipment back to us and do ask for appropriate insurance and delivery confirmation.

We will inspect the jewelry and get back to you with any additional cost it may incur to repair.

Once you approve the costs, we will repair and refurbish your jewelry and send it to you in 4 to 6 weeks.

Diamond Essence Repair Department works on Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 11AM - 5PM Only.


We will not do any repairs from 15th October to 14th February. Please do not send any package for repairs in this time.

General Information:

1. Please note that we supply premium sterling silver backs for all our silver earrings.
2. Some pictures may have been enlarged to show finer details.
3. Actual product may vary a little from description and picture on the web site.
4. Most Diamond Essenceâ„¢ Masterpieces are available in all precious metals. If you do not see the metal you like, please call us and we will assist you with your order.
5. We provide all rings in Half Sizes as well. Please send us a note with your order and we will provide you with half sizes. Please note that the delivery time for half sizes may be 3 to 5 more days.
