Order Status

Please allow 2 to 3 days for us to process and ship your order. If you placed a rush order and need the order urgently, we encourage you to email us on [email protected] or call us on 1-800-909-2525 and confirm the stock status.

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information from us. Please login to your account in order to view the status of your order, modify a pending order or cancel a pending order.

Return / Exchange Policy


Most Diamond Essence purchases are backed by our unconditional return window policy.

Please note that all our products can be returned back only within 14 days after you receive them.

Please send the items back to us in the gift box it was packed in and with the original purchase receipt. We recommend you to insure the package and send it with delivery confirmation. Please note that we do not provide Return Labels as return shipping is your responsibility.

You may exchange a product once during any time during the first 14 days of the purchase.

Please allow 7 to 14 days for the credit to post back to your account. We will issue a credit to the original method of purchase only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date when you received the item.

*When a Return originates from Free Shipping Offer, $12 Restocking Fee Will Be Applied. For PayPal orders, transaction fees will not be refunded as PayPal does not offer a refund on transaction fees.

Custom/Special Orders are non-returnable and non-exchangable.

Gift Certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please use only FedEx or USPS for sending the shipment back to us and do ask for appropriate insurance and delivery confirmation.

Although, we encourage you to call us and obtain a RMA Number or get RMA through My Account section, before sending your return/exchange, it is not mandatory and we will honor returns / exchanges as soon as we receive it. Please allow 14 to 21 days to process your return/exchange order.

If your exchange order is in-stock, we might ship it sooner.

At Diamond Essence, we have a very simple and affordable shipping policy.

  • Regular Ground Shipping - FREE
  • Priority 2 Day Shipping - $14.00 ( Only for in-stock items )
  • Priority Overnight Shipping - $29.00 ( Only for in-stock items )

We proudly use USPS and FedEx for most of our shipments. Some shipments may require signature upon delivery.


Repair & Defective Merchandise

We ensure great quality for each of our products and back it completely. Thank you to over 250000 customers in USA alone, we have sold thousands of pieces and every item sold since 1978 is backed by our unconditional life time guarantee for stones. If for any reason your Diamond Essence Jewelry Stones are chipped or cracked or became cloudy or faded, you can send it in for replacement. New stones are provided free of cost and minor labor and fixing charges may apply to refurbish your Jewelry and make it toally new!

We also do other minor repairs like resizing, remounting, prong fixing, clasp fixing etc.

Please send the item with a check or credit card authorization for $20 to cover shipping and handling.

Our Repair Department will operate only from 1st April 2024 to 31st October 2024.
Due to Holiday & Seasonal Rush Our Jewelers will be unable to carry out repairs from November 1 to March 31st every year.
We regret the inconvenience due to this time constraint.

Please use only FedEx or USPS for sending the shipment back to us and do ask for appropriate insurance and delivery confirmation.

We will inspect the jewelry and get back to you with any additional cost it may incur to repair. Once you approve the costs, we will repair and refurbish your jewelry and send it to you in 4 to 6 weeks.
